Merry Christmas

The gifts are all bought. (But not wrapped.)

The tree is up and decorated.

The menu is planned. (But not shopped for.)

Christmas cards are made, and sent out today.

We will see a Christmas show tonight.

I've got a birthday to celebrate this week. (Two, actually. :)

There's three girls waiting to bake some cookies.

All that said, I'm taking a break to do all the holiday things.

Enjoy your Christmas, all! See you sometime next week.

A blessed Christmas to you and your sweet family, Andrea!

I love your article below. Very very good. I have thought so many of the same things!

Merry Christmas, Andrea! It's late on Christmas Eve (as I've done playing "Santa" and wanted a Mommy break), and I just wanted to stop in since it's been awhile.

You asked me (at my blog) where I got my Nativity set. . . I started collecting the pieces in college in the early 1990s. It's a Lenox "Jewels" set. I'm not even sure if they still make the pieces, but eBay and such might still have some around. They are beautiful pieces, BUT the drawback is that my kids can't play with them. I'd almost prefer a set they could play with. I've been looking for something inexpensive for them to enjoy aside from the very "preschoolish" Fisher Price Little People set which they've outgrown. Thank you for the compliment!
