Lunchtime ballet

For lunch: Peanut butter and jelly; pickles on the side...for the littles. A perennial favorite.
For mama: hummus, cheese, and avocado sandwich with lots of salt and pepper. Too, a perennial favorite.

In the midst of eating: "Mama, can we play Debussy?"

All manners out the window: dancing, twirling, eating chips, and dancing the Nutcracker Suite:

We listen to: Classical Music For Children: A Toddler's Introduction to Classical Music

Andrea,

Such sweet photos - and your children are beautiful. :) We have really enjoyed that CD this year, as well.

Now there's a thought...

Debussy = manners out the window.

Who'd expect that?

Lovely.

Oh, man, can I come over to your house for lunch?

You had me with the hummus, cheese, and avocado sandwich.

Debussy was just icing on the cake, er, salt and pepper on the sandwich.

My kids can twirl with the best of them. Even the older ones.

Even me. With Debussy. Mais, oui.
